Malton on the Move: Interested in increasing your fitness levels, gaining more energy and learning more about health, wellness and nutrition?

Join this gentle fitness program for older adults (55 years of age and older).

Every Monday between 10:00 am - 11:00 am.

Seniors Wellness: This program focuses on Seniors health and wellness. Activities include gentle strengthening and flexibility exercises, while learning and discussing health issues that impact you!

Coffee Talk: Coffee talk provides a welcoming space where you can meet new people, have fun, friendly conversations and stay connected!

Grab your morning coffee or tea & join us for some fun activities and conversations about cooking, baking, photography and more!

Seniors in Action: Enjoy online presentations about interesting health topics like mental health, nutrition, foot care, and more! Clients also enjoy 30 minutes of gentle yoga and exercise.
