At WellFort, the health and safety of our clients, staff and volunteers are our first priority. Guided by provincial and public health authorities, safety measures have been put in place to ensure that we continue to provide primary care services and community programs to our clients and the communities we serve.
Our doors are open!
Our current hours of operation are as follows:

Tuesday: 1pm – 8pm
Wednesday: 8am – 8pm
Thursday: 8am – 6pm
Saturday: 8am – 12pm
Four Corners Health Centre

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am – 4pm
Tuesday: 1pm – 7pm
Thursday: 8am – 7pm
Saturday: 8am – 12pm
What you need to know before your visit!
Before coming to our clinics you must call first to make an appointment.
Depending on your need, you will be booked for a phone or in-person appointment.
You will be screened over the phone and upon arrival to the clinic.
If you have been exposed or are experiencing Symptoms of COVID-19,
please DO NOT come to the clinic. Click here to take this online self-assessment

All clients are required to wear a mask upon visiting our clinics.
Changes to our Programs & Services
We are offering phone and video appointments with your care provider.
In-person services are available for essential and urgent care needs - by appointment only.
Group programming is offered virtually to ensure you stay connected to your care team and community members, as well as receive the support and information you need to maintain your health. For more information, click here to check out our monthly calendar.
Our Food Program was created to address the rapidly growing food insecurities caused by COVID-19. Our Grab & Go program design, allows us to provide Food-insecure clients with weekly food hampers, as well as basic personal care items in a safe way. Our Bloom Program, continues to offer harm reduction supplies at our clinics and through outreach. We also offer HIV and HCV testing treatment and support.
We're working hard to keep you safe!
All visitors to the centre are screened and asked for contact information for the
purposes of contact tracing.
Hand hygiene and physical distancing measures are in place at both locations.
Enhanced cleaning protocols have been introduced at both locations, with a focus on high traffic/contact areas.
Welcome room chairs have been minimized and spaced to ensure 2 metre distance.
All clients are asked to wear a mask upon entering our clinics.
