Service Eligibility

WellFort welcomes individuals and families living in Peel region to get services from our health team. All our programs and services are offered free of cost at our two locations in Bramalea and Malton. We prioritize our services for:

People new to Canada with or without OHIP coverage.

People who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and/or underhoused.

Black, Indigenous, People of Colour.

People living with mental health, substance use, and chronic disease.

People living with HIV/AIDS and those who are differently abled.

Trans, gender nonbinary and 2SLGBTQ+ communities.

Young People.

Families (single parent / those who spend 30% or more on rent and housing).

People on social assistance (OW, ODSP, etc.)

People 65 and older, especially those who have limited contact with friends and families.

People physically frail with mobility difficulties.

People living in shelters and/or with no fixed address.

People without OHIP coverage permanently living in Ontario.
